Terms of the contract between the county
of Nevada and A. S. Hart, are aa follows:
The whole sum to be paid is 323.360 —
The payments are tobe made nt the different’
stages of the progress ofthe building; but
at no time to exceed eighty percent. of the
amount of work done wand material furnished, subject to the decision of the Superinten=
-dent and Board of Supervisors, the balance
to. bé paid when the contract is completed
and accepted by the Board. The contract.
is to be completed in six months from the

that on or about the firat of next month the
Pacifie Railroad will be completed to New -eastle, and the Company have promised to
_ start one train of cars early in the morning,

The Trustees of the city of Nevada, do ordain
as follows:

all disbursemc nts by him. made, showing the

thereto. When such order is not paid for want
of funds, the ‘lreasurer shall endorse thereon,
“registered,” annexing the date of presentation

Sec. 4. Orders drawn n the city, Treasurer‘and
properly attested shull be entitled to preferance
as to puyment out of monies inthe Tressury,
properly applicable to such order. according to
the priority of date of reyistry ‘The time of
