HE TRUSTEES OF THE CIry-OF NELs VADA, do ordainas, follows:
Section’. Lidenses required; Penalty. It
shall not be lawful for any. person within the
corporate jimits of the City of Nevada, to
pursue any ealling or transact any: business
hereinafter menwoned, until he or she or
they have taken out a license therefor, and
paid for the sameas hereinafter provided; and
for every violation af this Ordinance, the party
offending shall be: subject ‘to @ penalty. of
not leas than: twenty or mere than One Hundred Dollars, or by ao get . in the :
City Prison not to exceed ten days.
