Section 1, Livenses required; Penalty. It
shall not be lawful for-any-person within. the
corporate limits of the City of. Nevada, to
pursue any calling or transact any business
hereinafter mentioned, tintil he or she or
they have'taken out a license therefor, and
paid. for the same ashereinatter provided; and
tor every Violatign of thivOrdinance,the party
offending shall be subject to a penalty of
not leas than twenty or more than One Hundred Dollars, or by papraonment in the
City Prison not to exceed ten days.
Section 1, of Ordinance No. 7 in conflict
with the section revised at this meeting is
