Section 1. Any person or persons who
shall fire off or discharge any tire crackers,
bombs or exp] sive substances-within the
corporate limits of the City of Nevada,
without first obtaining permission from
the Trustees ot said City to do so, shall be
deemed guilty of a misdemeanor, and upon conviction shall be fined. not less than
‘ten dollars nor.mvure than one hundred dolJars or be imprisoned in the City Prison
not to exceed ten days.
