An Ordiaance to prov ide for the compensation of the justice of the Peace.
HE Trustees of the Vity of Nevada do
ordain as follows:
Section . , The Justice of the Perce of Nevata Township shall for all’services rendered the City of Nevada in. each criminal case
when contested, receive the sunt of Three
Dollars. If te defendant pleads guilty
where the fine is uot collected he shail reveive One Dollar, to be paid’ out of the city
treasury; prov ided, however, that in case
the fine should be collected’ from the defendant, the fee of said Justice shall be retiined out of the nioney 89 collected, the
