STATE NORMAL SCHOOL, PUBLIC attention is invited to the follow. ing extracts from ‘*An Act to establish a State Norntal School t"" th os “The County Superintendent and the County Boards of Examination shall hold competi tive examinations, before the first of May, in cach year, ofall persons desiring to become pupils of the Normal School, which examinaticn shall be conducted in the same manner as exar_ination for third grade teachers’ .Certificates.
