the above named Plaintiff, T. W. Sigourney,
recovered a zi ent and decree of foreclosureagainstG. W. Smith and H. ©. Mills. Defendants, on the 2d day of August, A. D.
1879, for the sum of Twenty Three Thousand
Three Hundred Eighty and 80-100 Dollars,
together with costs of suit taxed at $59 95,and
counsel fees allowed herein amounting to the
sum of $600.00 with interest thereon from
the date of said judgment at the rate of'7 per
cent per annum pat, which ‘said judy
ment is recorded in the Judgment Book 6, of
the said:Superior Court on page 226 et seq.
This judgment was entitled to a credit Au.
gust 2d," 1879, “of "$13,678.32." Balance due
August 2nd, 1879, $10,362.43. Balance now
due $10,362,43 with interest at7 per cent per
annum from Aj 2d, 1879, and whereas it
is ordered that the mortgage set forth th the
Plaintiff's complaint be foreclosed and property therein described to-wit : That certain
lot of land situate and being on the south—_—-. of Pine street, in the City of Nevada, County of Nevada aforesaid, known as
