TEMPERANCE MEETING.~-On Tuesday evening Rev. Mr. Anthony of Grass Valley, addressed the Washingtonians of this city, at the Baptist Church. Quite a large number were out, and fifteen or twenty names weye added to the rolls of the Society, increasing the membership to 144.
