It is time something was béing done. The news of addititional victories_isbeing given with every flash over ‘the -wites and the rebellion is well nigh its end. Every. village and town in the land should resound with joy. The miland are going to have # grand ball at night, By that time new laurels will shave been won by Union troops, and we will have additional cause for rejoicing.
