Judicial bistrict of the State of California
in and for the County of Nevada, against

of B. F.Beazlay, deceased, for the sum of
Six Hundred and Twenty-six and 50-100
aollars, gold ‘coin, with interest thereon
from the date of Baid judgment at the rate
of seven per cent pér annum till paid,. together with costs of suit taxed at $12 75 and
counsel fees allowed herein amounting to
the sum of $93 97 which said judgment is
recorded in the Judgment Book 5, of the
said District Court, on pages and
