Joseph Bynon, an Insolvent Debtor. Joseph
Bynon cot J filed in this Court his petition, schedule andinventor)y in insolvency,

debtor, the said Joseph Bynon is hereby declared to be insolvent. The Sheriff of the
County of Nevada is hereby directed to take
possession of all the estate, real and personal, of the said Joseph Bynon, debtor,except
auch as may be by law exempt from execution, and of all his deeds, vouchers, books of
account, and papers, and to keep the same

of his estate. All persons are forbidden to
pay any debts to the said insolvent, or to
deliver any property belonging to him, or to
