That paper says . . the list of precincts was given tq the TRANSCRIPT on Thursday, in ample tithe to “set itup” and publish it in Friday’s issue and intimates the cause of its not appearing was that Mr. Sargent had no time to examine it and suggest such changes as might suit his caprice.
