the firm name of Conn & sears, Insolvent
debtor. J.B. Conn, one of the members of
said firm of Conn & sears, having filed in
this Court his petition, s -hedule and i»ventory in insolvency by which it appears what
the said firm of Conn & Sears is an insolvent
debtor, the said firm of Conn & Sears is hereby declare.l to be insolvent.
The Sheriff of the said county of Nevada is
hereby directed to take PS session of all the
estate, real and personal of the said firm of
Conn & Sears, insolvent debtor, except such
as may be by law exempt from execution
and of all its deeds, vouchers, books of account and papers, and to keep the same safely until the a pointmene cf an assignee of
its estate. All person: are forbidden to pay
any debts owing to said firm, or to either «'.
B. Conn or H. &. Sears, the members of said
firm, or to deliverany property belonging
to it or to them, or to any person, firm or
corporation, tor its or their use, and the
said fern of Conn & Seirs, and J. B. Conn

further ordere. that all of the creditors of said firm of Conn & Sears, insolvent
debtor, be and appear before the Hon, John
Caldwell, Judge of the Superior Court of the

September, 1834, at 10 o'clock A. M of that
