in a financial sense as they are already wrecked morally.

The Pioneer Reduction Works,
under the Superintendence of Prof,
A. B.-and C. H. Crosby, is being
run to its full capacity on 1 sulphurets
from the Murchie and Merrifield
mines.” A day or two since we saw
a magnificent bar of silver which
was the result of the working of the
Marchie sulphurets. Our mining
men are looking out for silver as well
as geld, and find it quite profitable.
