N “Sheetios is. hereby given that a General
4% Election will be held on Wedmesday
the Second day of September next,
throughout Nevada county at. which the following officers are to be elected, and *-An Act to
provide bonds for completing the Deaf, Dumb
and liad Asylum,” approved April 27th, 1863,
is to be submitted to the qualified electors of the
state for ratification :

A Lieutenant Governor.
A Secretary of State.
A State Controller.
An Attorney General.
A Surveyor General.
A Clerk of the Supreme Court.
A State Printer.
A State Harbor, Commissioner.

‘‘An Act to provide bouds for completing the
Deaf, Dumb and Blind Asylum” approved April
27th. 1863, will bé-submitted to the qualified
electors of the state for ratification, in aceordance with section 12 of said Act, at sail General

September next ; those voting for the same shall .

entitled to vote, ard the challenge shall not be
withdrawn, he shali not be entitied to vote une
