HE BOARD OP SUPERVISORS of Nevada County do o dain as follows ;
Onand after the first Monday after the
first day of January, 1835, the County Clerk
of Nevada County shall be ex-othcio County
Auditor of said County, and shall perform
the duties thereof. And the County Treasurer of Nevada County shall be ex-otticio
Tax Collector, and shall perforin the duties
pertaining to said office, and the said ofices
of Couuty Cierk and Auditor, and fhe offices
of Treasurerand Tax Coliector are hereby
consolidated by virtue of the provisions of
this O dinance, and the Clerk and Treasurer
hereafter elected shal! qaalify separacely tor
the offices they hold ex-o-bcio, and rha I receive the salaries pertaining thereto, provided that inaddition to the salary provided by
law the Tax Collector shall receive the fees
allowed for collecting ali licenses levied and
imposed by Ordinance of this Buard, and provided furtner that the provisions of this Ordinance shall not eff-ct present incumbents,

Joseph Bynon, an Insolvent Debtor. Joseph
Bynon having filed in this Court his petition, schedule andinventor) in insolvency,
by which it appears that he 1s an insolvent
debtor, the said Joseph Bynon is hereby declared to be insolvent. The Sheriff of the

possession of all the estate, real and personal, of the said Joseph Bynon, debtor,except
