Not Remarkable.
Instances are frequently reported
of the almost instantaneous effect,
in entirely stopping it, of the application of Pond’s Extract for
bleedings from cuts, bruises, and
from the nose, lungs, ete. Although
‘this is not remarkabie, yet it is not
claimed that it willalways act so
powerfully on the instant as to stop
the most serious bemorrages at once
but it is claimed and it is proved in
the practice of physicians, and others
that perseverance in its use-will stop
the. most obstinate cases of bleeding
