ANOTHER FATAL ACCIDENT.—John Gilson while at work in the hydraulic clalms of the Boston Company, on Woolsey’s Flat, on Saturday morning i last, was instantly killed by a boulder falling on him. He was near the bank at work when, a small piece near the edge giving -way, the boulder came down, striking him on the head and killing him almost instantly. ACCIDENTAL SHoorine. — Friday night James Colton, watchman at the North Star mill, was accidentally shot by letting fall a pistol, which he allowed to slip from its scabbard, just as he took hold of it to go on duty. The Union says the ball entered the side of his. right leg. below the knee, and at last accounts could net be found.
