ARREST For INCKNDIARISM.—Some
weeks ago, two saw mills and the dwelling of Mrs. E. Doyle, near Sierra City,
were destroyed by fire, under such circumstancés as to leave little doatt that
the fires were the work of incendiaries.
The two mills were situated several
miles apart, and~yet were fired about
the same hour, indicating that more
than one person was engaged in the
affair. There was a beavy insurance
ou the property destroyed, and the
agents of the insurance companies have
siuee been endeavoring to trace out the
incendiaries. On Wednesday last, Mrs.
