Demurrerargued.’ Defendants given ten days to file, brief, plaintiff ten days to answer, and defendants five days to file counter brief. a eel An Alleged Find, The Marysville Appeal is told that some Chinamen who bought a gravel claim near Howland Flat, Sierracounty, for $300, lust week found a &pecimen containing $34,128 in gold. That discuunts the yarn about some Mongolians unearthing a $26,000 specimen at Dutch Flat, and it looks like a twin. exaggeration. The Appeal accepts it as trath, but that paper would believe anything it was told about the mining business.
