20th day of July, A. D. 1874, recovered a judgment in the District Court
ot the Fourteenth Judicial District of the
State of California, in and fur the County
of Nevada, against the Grass Valley Copcert Hall Association for the sum.-of nineteen hundred and thirty-five ($1,935) dollars, with interest thereon from the. date
of said judgment at-the rate of seven -per
cent per annum till paid, all payable in
United States gold coin together with costs
of suit taxed at $11 50 and counsel fees
allowed herein, amounting to the sum of
$193 50 in U.S. gold coin,which said judgment is recorded in the Judgment Book 6 of
the said District Court on pege 384, and

forth in Plaintiff's complaint be foreclosed,
