Tux progress made in science
during the past few years is truly
wonderful. The taking out of a
human eye was considered a wonderfiil feat; but now they are
planting a new eye in the vacated
socket. Dr. Chibert, a French
oculist, reports to’ the Acadamie
de Medicine that, having been
obliged to remove a diseased eye
from a young girl, he replaced. it
with one taken from a rabbit.
At the time of his statement fourteen days had elapsed and the eye
had maintained its vitality and
was doing well, In these latter
days of scientific attainment, physicians have no trouble in taking
aman to pieces and putting him
together again.

PILES! PILES! PILES?
A SURE CURE FOUND AT Last!
No One Need Suffer.
P.
A sure cure for Blind, Bleeding,
Itching and Ulcerated Piles has
been discovered by Dr. Williams
(an Indian Remedy,) called Dr.
William’s Indian Pile Qintment.
A'single box has cured the worst
chronic cases of 25 or 30 years
standing. No one need suffer five
minutes after applying this wonderful soothing medicine. Lotions,
instruments and. electuaries do
more harm than good. William’s
Indian Pile Ointment absorbs thé
tum ors, allaysthe intense itching
(particularly at night after getting
warm in bed,) acts as a poultice,
gives instant relief, and is prepared only for Piles, itching of the private parts, and for nothing else.
Read what the Hon. J.M. Cof finberry of Cleveland says about Dr
William’s Indian Pile Ointment:
“T have used scores of Pile Cures,
and it affords me pleasure to say
that I have never found anything
which gave such immediate and
permanent relief as Dr. William’s
Indian Ointment.’’ For sale. by

enable me to make them up into fine fitting Suits
correspondingly low.
THEY ARE SPLENDID GOODS.
It is claimed that the causes of the superiority of
Scotch goods over all ‘others, are: That Scottish
Heather produces aclass of wool which for fineness]
of texture, strength and durability, cannot be matched in any other portion of the world. That the mineral properties of the water there fastens the colors
in unfading brilliancy; and that the cunning and patience and industry of the canny Scotsmen beats the
world in the art of manufacture.
