« TYNHE Board of Trustees of the City of Nevada do hereby ordain as follows:
svetion 1. No Animals shall be permitted
to run at large within the corporate limits of
the city of Nevada, in the nightytime, between the hours of eight o’cloek Pp. M. and 6
‘e'Mook A. M.
Any animal found trespassing upon any
private enclosure in this City inthe day or
night time, may be taken up by any person
and committed to the custody of the City
tiarshal, who shall hold the same subject to
#sine demands for daimages ag prescribed in
said Ordinance for the pounding of Animals
