The little fotks ~-thticipate a splendid time, @ad they will not be disappointed. ~ i eemeeerenee THE PENNSYLY¥ANIA CoM PANY.—The new quartz mill to be erected at Coy oteville, noticed by us last week, is to be built for the purpose of crashigg rock taken from the lead of the Pennsylvania Quartz Mining Company. Itisto be a steam ‘mill, and will cost $6,000 instead of $3,200. The lead owned by this company has been worked for some time, and the rock taken out was crushed at custom mills, always, paying well. The last lot crushed was 74 ons, and it paid $45 per ton. The ledge is now 19 inches in thickness, easily worked, and it is continually getting better. The Pennsylvania elaims are supposed to be on the same ledge as the Gold Tunnel Co.'s, and wmany others, Though broken in maiy _ Places it can be traced from the ridge a mile below town to Selby Flat, a distanee of about three miles.
