Bold Bank Robbery. — On Friday last the bank of Marks & Co., at Moores Flat, was'entered and robbed of $4,000 in ¢oin, while Frank Henry, who has charge, was absent for dinner. This is one of the boldest robberies ever cpmmitted in the county. Samuel T. Henry, who has charge of the. bank, was absent at the Springs for his health. Mr. Allenburg was at San Juan, and Frank Henry. was doing the business of the bank. _The bank building is located in town where people are frequently passing by and the vault is fire and burglar proof. When Mr. ‘Henry went to dinner he locked’ the door securely, and on his return the door was found open and $4,000 missing. It is supposed the rogue had a duplicate key to the vault, and the tyme and manner of the robbery indicate that he was entirely familiar with the arrangement of “the bank, as well as the habits of its employees: At that, hour of the day, and in a town like Moores Fiat, the rogue fan great risk of detection.
