Wholer visited the crib kept by Mrs. Boniface,on Broad street, and according to his statement got.robbed‘ of a twenty dollar piece. He got into a row, struck one of the inmates and was arrested, We understand Wholer fought like a Prussian. He cleared the house, and finished up the fight by tossing the barkeeper through a glass door. J. Murphy, B. Murphy & Co. have located.900 feet of ground for mining purposés, on the banks of the Yuba river, near Washington.
