Coporal Kuhn of Company C,

An alleged veteran of the American

Violent storms have been raging
along the Hudson river, and the mercury fell 23 degrees in three hours.
By the falling of a pile of lumber. at
Lakeport, John Hazlewood was frightfully crushed, and will probably die.
A painter at Kings City, believed to

in Salinas,committed suicide Wednesday.
Police Captain Williams is on
trial in New York on acharge of allowing houses of prostitution to exist in
