The Sowden-Idahe Case.
The $50,000 damage case now in
progress in the Superior Court is not
likely to.come te an end this week,
some of the lawyers engaged in it
appear to think. It was believed
that the examination of plaintiff's
witnesses would conclude last night.
The trial would be very monotonous

interested in the result, were it not
for the humerous little scenes enated between those two belligerent
