They are charged with rioting. The following are the names eof the parties for whom warrants have been issued: — Carmichael, Wau.Matton, Wm. Barnett, Stephen Kenaady, David Norris, Silas Heath, Michael Quinn, Patrick Burk, Richard Nevil, Doc. Farley, James Billings, Henry Powell, Joha Fetter, Wm. Cook, G. W. Parshley, Wm. Evans, Frank Coffey, Patrick _O’Merara, Jas. O'Neil, 0. Bryant, Jos Gilbert, John German, Wm. Johnson, MeArkran,— McMurry, — Schusidt and John Jordon. A gentleman informs us that the mumber of persons who went to the claims on Sunday was eighty-six. On the Thursday previous they notified Mr. Bell, the Superintendent, that the would not permit Chinese to wat there. Bell and Schardin were present atthe time the Chinese were driven from the —. We are also informed that a band volunteered to escert the league to the claim and back to town, No violence was offered either to the Chinese or the owners of the claims. @ Bau —The new part of os Nal 1 Exchange Hotel will be opened to the public on next Tuesday evening, at’ wliich time a grand ball will be given by Messrs. Lancaster & The excellent double store of the lower story will be used as a dancfeet, and affording ample room for dancing. A fine band has been engaged for music and a splendid supper will be spread im the commodious dining hall of the hotel. Messrs. Lancaster & Hasey have furnished the hotel in superb } style, and will do their best to enhance next Tuesday evening. That they will succeed to the satisfaction of all their guestsa,no one who knows them will doubt, CaLirornia Ratsins—We were shown yesterday a sample of excellent California raisins dried at Craig’s ranch near this city. They were made from the Malaga grape, and were dried by being spread upon the floor. They possess all the richness of flavor of the best raisins, and look very much like them.
