NHE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE
City of Nevada do ordain as follows:
Section 1. That a City Road and Street Poll
Tax of Three Dollarsis hereby levied, for
the Fiseal year 1889-1890, upon each male
inhabitant of the City of Nevada, over the
age of 21 and underthe age of 50 years for
City Road and-s reet purposes, whi+h said
poll tax shall become due and shal) become
collectable on and after the ‘Twenty-Second
Day of June, 1889, in the manner provided
by law. 4
Section 2. The City Marshal of said City
