Nevada do ordain as follows:
section 1. It shall be unlawful for any
-} person or persons, Company or corporation,
to keep and feed any hogs.or swine within
the corporate limits of the city of Nevada,
side of the boundaries in. this ordinance
aamed, viz: Blocks Nos. 3, 4, 5, 6,7, 10, 11,
12, 13, 14, 15, i6, 17; 18,20, 21, 22, 23, 24, 25,
27, 28, 29, 30, 31, 32, 34, 34, 35, 36, 37; 38,48,
50, 51, 52, 55, 86, 57, :
Sec. 2. Any person or perkons, company
corporation, who constructs and uses, or
ehichheving been constructed, uses any pig
ty ,J« por any enclosure,or any other contrise of keeping
and feeding hogs or swine ther-in, within the
portion of the corporat limits named in
this ordinance, shall. be deemed to. have
smmitted a nuisance, ad shall, upon
conviction » be fined in any smn net
