Head Center Mining Company, at
Tombstone, has been decided in

Mrs; Darris, wife of General: DarSt. Louis, was found dead Sunday
morning at her residence about four
miles out in the country. A grandson named Russell Brown has been
arrested and confessed that he and
a friend murdered Mrs. Darris for
the purpose of robbery.
Much comment has been caused
by the presence on the floor of the
House of ex Governor Low and Frank
Pixley of California, who, it is alleged,
are lobbying in the interest of the
Hawaiian sugar monoply. The
rules of Congress distinctly state that
“any one having a bill, or interested
in any bill before the House, shall
not be entitled to the floor.” It is
said that Representative Page proposes to have them denied the privilege which they are now enjoying,
in defiance of this ney expressed
rule,
