ments which are, or may become
due in the fature;> advertising,
but.inall. cases where the stockholders fail to pay,to-commence suits
against them for the amount of the
assessment. The Directors made a
contract with M. I. Beatty to build
the road on the strength of the subscriptions to the stock of the Company, and unless it is paid, they
cannot comply with their part of the:
contract, and therefore they have determined to hold every stockholder
personally responsible forthe amount
he or they subscribed. It will be well
for those who have not paid up, to
ba commenced immediately and collected in the same manner as other
debts that are due.

stage, that Len. Dorsey met witha
severe accident while on his way to
Colfax yesterday morning, with his
mother, brothers and sister. After
