OTICE is hereby given to all whom i
may concern, and particularly to the
Executors, Administravors, heirs and as
‘signs of Moses C, White, deceased, that un
der and by virtue of the Act of Congress o
May 10th, 1872, entitled ‘‘an Act tosaromot
the development of the mining resoucce s{
of the United States” the New England
Quartz Min'ng Company, has. during the
year 1874, performed labor amounting to
the sim of one hundred and sixty-four
(164) dollars upon that certain Quartz lode
situated on Gold Flat, Nevada County, California, known and designated ax the Was60n Quartz Lode, und consisting of 1600 feet
on said lode owned by said Company, that
of the amount so expended there is due and
owing from theinterest of the late Moses
C,. White the sum of $32 80 on account of
ownership of one-fifth interest thérein,and
unless said sun is paid within three months
f: om the date of first publication_ hereof
said one fifth fnterest will be forfeited ‘to
the »%-owners in sdid Company.
