in the District Court of the 14th Judicial Dirtrict of the State of California, in and for Nevada county, on the 13th day of Jan. 188, Corbin Norton_recovered a indgment against the
California Consolidated Mill and Mining Company, for the snmof Four Thousand Dollars,
principal and eleven hundred and seventythree and 30-100 dollars interest from June 3d,
1867 to date of judgment, in.all the sum of Five
Thousand one hundred and seventy-three and
80.100 dollars, with interest thereon from date
of judgment till paid, at the rate of four per
cent. per month, principal and interest and
costs of suit taxed at $3900 payable in gold
coin of the United States. And whereas it ia
ordered that the mortyage mentioned in eaid
