That GRASS VALLEY JUNIOR CHAMBER OF COMMERCE, in the County of Nevada, State
of California, is hereby incorporated pursuant to Part I of Division 2 of Title I
of the corporation code of the State of California,
And we hereby certifys
FIRSTs That the name of the said corporation shall be "GRASS VALLEY JUNIOR CHAMBER
OF COMMERCE,"
SECOND: fhe purposes for which said corporation is formed are:
(a) Yo organize, control, conduct, maintain and operate community projects,
for the education, health, safety, and recreation of young men and women of
the commnity. To help in the prevention of fire, traffic accidents,
juvenile celinquency and other community hazards. To aid in removing
conditions in the community which are injurious to the health, safety and
morale of young Americans. To foster and beach the present American way of
life.
(») To purchase, lease and otherwise acquire, to own, hold, mortgages
hypothecate, pledge, sell, assign, transfer, or otherwise dispose of all
kinds of personal property which may be necessary or convenient for the
purposes of the corporation, and rezl estate, improved or unimproved,
without limite as to amount in the State of California.
(c) To do all acts neceasary, convenient or incidental to the furtherance
of the wurposes aforesaide
HIRD: The principal office for the transacticn of the business of the said
corporation is to be located in the County of Nevada, State of California.
FOURTH: The nuwoer of directogs shall be eleven (11), and the names and addresses
of the persons who are hereby eleciad to act as directors. of this
corporation are?
