Prosecution by the Giant Powder
‘Company for Infringement of
Patents.
The statements heretofore made
through the public press to the effect that a decision had been given
on demurrer against the Giant Powder Company, and that this Company had abandoned their claims in
_ their suit against the California Powder Works, seems to be a grave error, as the Giant Powder Company,
on the 23d of January ‘filed an
amended complaint in which the
technical objections are obviated,
~and the prosecution of their suits
against the California Powder Works
and other infringers of their patents, . are to be vigorously pressed to an
early decision in the United Beaten
Circuit Court,
Almost Official.
