The citizens of Nevada have tendered a benefit, entertainment to

pedestrian contest, and his wife, to
take place at the Theatre next Monday evening. The Rrst part of the/
programme will consist of-a—parlor
minstrel scene, the participants comprising an orchestra of six pieces
and a male quartette, Mr, Stuart,
for several years principal performer in Haverly’s and Tony Pastor's
combinations as tamborine and end
man, while Charles Reardon formerly of Haverly’s will serve as the
otherend man and play the bones.

medley clog, female impersonation,

total amount of cash December 31,
1879, was $6,961. The floating debt
of $19,724 at the close of 1878 has
been paid off.
