An Ordinance to Provide Revenue—To Levy » City Road and
Street Poli Tax for the Fiscal
Year 1888-1889.
i he Board of Trustees ofthe City of Nevada do ordain as follows:
section 1. That a City Road and Street
Poll Tax of Three Dollars is hereby levied,
for the Fiscal year. 1888 and 1889, upon each
male inhabitant of the City of Nevada, over
the age of 21 and under the age of 5U years for
City Road and Street purposes, which said
poll tax shail become dueand shall become
collectable on and afterthe Twenty-Second

Section 2. The City Marshal of said Vity of
Nevada is hereby made collector of cad
andshall collect the same in the manner

property owned by such person. Said sale
