township of Bridgeport, in-the county of Nevada
on the 14th day of March, 1867, at 10-o’clock, A
mM. to answer unto the complaint of Henry Pow
ell who sues to recover of you the balance of the
rincipal, with interest, due on-a promissory note
for $1612 50, dated July 7th, 1862, payable to said
Powell or. order, ten days after date, with
at the rate of two per cent per month, until paid
—on which note, the following credits are indorsed, viz: Atig: 18th. 1862, $700
Dec. 24th, 1862, $200 ; Jan. 15th, 1863, $500 :— an
