The said Grass Valley Lodge No. 12, Independent Order of Oda Fellows is a subordinate body instituted and chartered by the Grand Lodge of the Independent Order of Odd Fellows of Californias es THat not withstanding any duiek provision herein contained, this Corporation shall not be, and is hereby prohibited from participating or intervening in any political campaign on behalf of any candidste for public office and in no way shall any of its activities be the carrying on of propaganda or in any way attempting to influence Legislations In the event the Charter of this incorporated subordinate body shall be surrendered to, taken away, or revoked by the Grand Lodge of the T.0.0.F. of California, this corporation shall dissolve, This corporation shall pay its debts and obligations or make adequate provision therefor and may collect. obligations owed to it. The subordinate body shall. then deliver any remeaning property or obligations owed to it and sny remaining proceeds of the sale of the property to the said Grand lodge, to be dis= posed of in accordance with the laws of the said Grand Lodge.
