HEAvY Sivicn Ross Roppery at You} Bet.—The tail sluices at Brown’ Bros.’ cement mill, You Bet, were robbed on Friday night of $3,000 ia amalgam. The mill was running at. the time, and the robbery was committed while the . * the shall tery. They cleaned up the sluices, and ae the yield of the claim is regular, the proprietors are certain that the roga must have got $3,000. The robbers were tracked from the mill some~ distance, the tracks being easily traced, andall along was found particles: of amalgam that had leaked from the vessel in which they had carried it. There tracked to acabin occupied by three Spaniards. Yesterday morhing some seven or eight men started in pursuit, aad there was a general belief that they would sueceed in catching the thieves.
