the Supreme Lodge of the World, Loyal Order of Moose, an Indiana Corporation. Its business affairs shall be conducted by its members in good standing and by its respective officers under bylaws that shall not be out of conformity with the Constitution and General Laws of the aforesaid Supreme Lodge of the World, Loyal Order of Moose. The bylaws governing this Lodge shall be those contained in the Constitution and General Laws of the Loyal Order of Mogse, revised and certified in full force and effect as of October lst, 1961, and any amendments subsequently made thereto, appertaine= ing to member lodges. The dissolution for any cause whatsoever of the said fxaternal lodge association as a fraternal lodge of that system of ledges known in the aggregate as the Loyal Order of Moose, shall forthwith work a dissolution of this corporation, and in such event, the affairs of this corporation shall be wound up and terminated in accordance with the Laws of this State. ARTICLE SIX The county in this State where the principal office for the transaction of the business of this corporation is to be located is in the County of Nevada, State of California. ARTICLE SEVEN The number of directors of this corporation shall be nine (9) and the following are the names and addresses of the directors of said corporation currently designated and appointed to act as first directors of this corporation until the election of their successors: AME, DRESS RAY A.
