THe Butt Cask.—The case of the People vs. Sutton, arrested upon complaiat of Williams for keeping a bull . without license, came up before Justice Palmer yesterday, W. W. Cross appearing for prosecution and Judge Searls for Judge Searls moved to disSufficiency of the complaint, and the motion was granted. A new complaint was filed and Sutton again arrested.
