Estate of Van 8, Young, deceased, praying
for an order to sell Real Estate, that it is necessary to sell the whole of the Real Estate
to pay the expenses of administration. It is
therefore ordered by the Court that all persons interested in the Estate, appear before
the Probate Court, on SATURDAY, the 5th
day of Aug, 1371, at 10 o'clock, A. M. of that
day, at the Court Room of said Court, in the
City and County of Nevada, to show cause
why an order should not be granted to the
Administrator to sell so much of the Real
Estate of the deceased as may be necessary.
And that a copy of this order be published
at least four successive weeks in the Nevada
Daily Transcript, a newspaper printed. and
published in said Nevada County.
