Tne New Dicctxcs.—We saw parties
who came dowa from the Excelsior Mining
District yesterday. They brought down
specimens of galeaa and quartz of great richness. The prospectors are constantly em.
ployed and each day gives additional evidence of the exhaustless stineral wealth of
the mines. Enterprising men, confident of
the richness of that section of our county,
are actively engaged in preparing fur business.
