ORDINANCE NO. 60.
MAJORITY of the property holders
of Main and Commercial gs Treets, in
the City of Nevada, having petitioned the
Board of Trustees to repair said streets, by
new plenking and grading tiie saine, and
the said Board of Trustees deeming such
repairs necessary; do ordain and declare
that such repairs are necessary apd ghall
be ‘made as follows:
Main street shall be newly planked with
spruce plank four inches thick and twelve
inches wide, from the centre of gaid street
te the sidewalk, the plank to be laid upon
the stringers or Fills four inches thick and
six inches wide, laid 9s near as practicable
upon the present grade of said street five
feet apart; the plank covering to be laid up
to and against, be construc at the gide.

of four inches frow the centre of the street.
