Hon. Chas. S. Cary who was recently
appointed Solicitor of the United States
Treasury, to succeed Judge Alexander McCue, promoted to be Assistant
Treasurer, is a resident of Cattarangus
county, New York, where he has resided thirty-seven years, pursuing the
practice of the law. Mr. Charles Ss.
Cary was bern at Arkport, New York,
about sixty years ago. He is a tull,
