Dr. Donerry—Dear SirI feel my health so fully restored that, in common gratitude, I believe Iehould make yon some written acknowledgment for your valuable services— particularly so as your fee was small for the work performed. arrived in this city from the East abont one year ago, and was then suffering from an eld case of Gleet, complicated with Stricture. The latter was so bad that I feared an entire stoppage of urine. Being™ a stranger in this city, and believeing that those Doctors who gave such positive aseur-_ ances of suecess were necessarily the best, r placed myself in their charge. and continued under their treatment until I had lost nearly all hope and a considerable sum of money. © wish to say now that yon are the sixth doctor I have employed, and the only one that, has.. evertone me any service. My Gleet is wholly cured, the Stricture is all removed, and my general health is better than it has been for years. In conclusion, I would say to theMany unfortunates who require medical ad-'vice, if you have any donbt as to whom you may employ, ask Dr. DOHERTY for my address, and call and seeme. (I keep store in thiscity.) My experience may save you many: dollars. I would also add, that inthe early stage of my disease, I used a large amount of’ the preparations advertised as an infalliblecure for Gonorrohea, Gleet, etc., but never derived any benefit from them. Seminal Weakness—A Sworn to Cer tificate of a most Remarkable Cure of Spermaterrhoea, } ’ A desire to benefit sufiering hnmanity, an a feeling of gratitude to Dr. W. K. Formany years I have been afflicted with Spermatorrhoea, the result of self abuse, bat till: 1855experienced but little trouble orinconvenience; in that year . had Seminal Weakness to a fearful extent, which was followed by alarm-ing symptoms, such as weakness ofthe back and limbs, dimness of vision, nervousness, etc. My mind, too, was affected to such an extent as to seriously impair my memory ; my ideas were confused and spirits depressed. I was averse to society, had evil forebodings and self-distrust, and was entirely unfitted for any duties of life. From 1855 to the summer of 1868, I employed the very best medical talent I could find, but in no instance obtained more than temporary rélief. I had about concluded there wasno relieffor me in this world, but reading Dr. Doherty’s advertisement, I determined to try him, though I did not expect much benefit from his treatment. On the 5th of December last. I placed myself under his care; in one week I found myself very much im. proved, and now, after five weeks’ treatment, I feel myself thoroughly oured of all my troubles, and in the enjoyment of the best of health. Hoping that my experience may be of benefit to others similarly afflicted, I subscribe myself, JAMES JOHNSTON. _ ‘ cp mi gery and sworn — me, this 5th day of annary, a. p. fist A. G.
