CASEY, as President, and FLORENCE STARK, as Secretary, of Grass Valley Memorial Hospital, a corporation, do, and each of them does, hereby certify: (1) That the articles of incorporation of Grass Valley iiemorial Hospital were amended by resolution of its board of directors, a copy of which is hereto attached, and by written consent of a majority of the members of said corporation, to change the name of said corporation and to amend the provision concerning membership as set forth in Article Fifth. (2) That such amendments were adopted by the written consent of 16 members of said corporation, a copy of which written consent is hereto annexed, by reference incorporated herein, and made a part hereof. (3) That the total number of members entitled to vote on or consent to the adoption of said amendments was, and is, 25-6 That a majority of said members is 13, and that more than a majority of said members, to wit: _16_ members, have consented to the amendment of its articles of incorporation.
